Large double room with ensuite available in spacious terraced house with garden. Bills are around £85 per month and include council tax, water, electricity and gas, broadband and also Netflix! Single occupancy only.

The room is on the top floor and is spacious, light and has a view to Canary Wharf. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, shelves and has a large double built in wardrobe as well. The ensuite bathroom has a shower sink and toilet.

The house is close to Mudchute DLR station (8 minutes walk) and 24 hour buses are available to Canary Wharf and central London only 3 minutes walk away.

We are a very chilled and tidy household and are looking for someone likeminded who will fit in with us. We enjoy spending time together making dinners and playing board games but also like to have our own space. We have a rota for cleaning all the communal spaces in our house weekly and like to keep our garden nice and tidy for growing vegies in summer!
