There are 6 other rooms in the house, all with young working professionals and they are all fantastic people, easy to get along with.

There are two kitchens - the main kitchen which is the closest. Equipped with Stove, Oven, two fridges, basic appliances, and a washing machine. The main kitchen is also an open plan with a dining room and dining table and living room with comfortable couches and a TV. There is also a small little garden/patio outside the living room.

There is also parking space available on the property if needed for someone that has a car.

💰 Rate is £260 per week / £1126 per month
(with one month deposit for professionals and 5 weeks deposit for students)

🕐 Contract Duration is a minimum of 9 months to 1 Year with a 3 to 6-month break-clause. You can move out earlier if needed but there is a replacement fee charged by estate agents.

The area is really great. Next to the Thames, with beautiful views of the O2 and Greenwich just across the water. Close to the house - there is a Tesco Express (5 minutes), Asda Superstore (10 minutes) and Canary Wharf with loads of shops, malls and things to do is only 10 minutes away.

🌼🪴 Canary Wharf is beautiful, filled with hustle and bustle, pretty buildings, and loads of amenities such as Canada Place Mall and Jubilee Place Mall. The area is very fancy with loads of upgrades and developments taking place in and around the area. There is travel via car, water, road, bus, train, or plane within Canary Wharf district.

The move-in date is 10 January 2022 but can be arranged for earlier if needed.
