We have a stunning large double room with a roof terrace and an en-suite bathroom available.

Our amazing home is a listed 4 storey, 5 bedroom house on the river. Its in a safe, gated community and sits directly opposite Greenwich. We're just 2 minutes walk from the Greenwich foot tunnel & Island Gardens DLR.

The available room is large enough that it could be easily used as a studio. It has an amazing view over the river of Greenwich, an en-suite bathroom and is priced at £1100 all in; power, council tax, water, broadband, TV license, & loads of household essentials, i. e. toilet paper, laundry pods/liquid, kitchen roll etc, + utensils.

The living room and kitchen take up the entire 1st floor, with a small balcony on the river facing the Cutty Sark. We have 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets + a ground floor office which we currently use for storage, there plenty of room for bikes.

The house is set back some 50m+ from the road, so the only traffic noises are from boats; you have to walk through the garden to get to the front door. At high tide, the river comes up to 6ft below the ground floor room, but at low tide, there's an easily accessible beach below the house (it's a little rocky/muddy though). We see the occasional seal too

We’re 3 girls and and 2 guys Emma (Fiim maker), Carlota (Nurse), Christine (Prop maker), Aaron (Doctor) and Yousaf (VFX artist) aged in our 20's, 30’s and 40’s.

It’s a tidy house, where we clean up after ourselves. We're friendly, sociable and enjoy the occasional house drinks. We'd like someone who's looking for a home rather than just a place to stay.

The house is extraordinary and beautiful and we want to keep it that way.
