The flat is overlooking the docks and has a really nice view and bright windows. It has been recently renovated with wooden flooring throughout, new paintwork and new kitchen including appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, fan oven, microwave).

Location: The area is peaceful, just 15-20 minutes walk from Canary Wharf and Greenwich. Great public transport to Canary Wharf, Greenwich, the City. It is only a 5-6 minute walk from Mudchute DLR station, 3 mins to Bus stops and Santander cycles. Mudchute park is 7-8 minutes away. Large Asda, Tesco and local shops are available 7 minutes away. Large Waitrose available in Canary Wharf and Greenwich.

About me: I am a 27 year old professional, currently working for an investment firm in the City and I am Greek. I've been in the property for almost 3 years. I am a pretty quiet person, tidy and respectful of others space and time. I enjoy reading, cooking (I am vegan, but respectful and non judgemental of other people's dietary choices), going to museums/galleries, watching netflix and nerding out on tv shows and movies.

Ideally looking for a likeminded female or NB professional. Tenancy is for 1 year joint lease with current flatmate. Bills not included in rent price.
