We're 3 young professionals currently looking for a final housemate to join our lease on a 4 bedroom semi-detached property, with amazing transport links to the City and Canary Wharf.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The bedroom available is the first room pictured. There are multiple DLR stations within 5-10 minute walk and Canary Wharf Station is 15 minutes away by foot. We have access to a garden and a parking space, the house has only recently been renovated and is therefore very modern.

About your potential housemates: we are all fairly outgoing with a range of interests including triathlons, camping, climbing, and travelling. At the same time, we all appreciate more restful activities to help us wind down from busy London life. We're not averse to lounging around and watching a film together! We are very inclusive and are looking to create a space in which everyone feels welcome - especially visitors.

Ideally you should be a clean-loving, friendly person who is up for occasional spontaneity and adventure. We're all adults so we expect you to respect shared spaces and help out when we clean. We would love someone who has interests to share with us and things to teach us about - we'll do our best to show you ours!
