Room for September in The Collective, Canary Wharf

I am looking for somebody who takes over my contract in the co-living place The Collective in Canary Wharf, London.

I am moving out and back home in mid-August, but have a contract until the end of September. The room is a really nice studio with a bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom. The great thing about The Collective is that it has a lot of communal spaces, like co-working areas, a big communal kitchen, a library, cinema rooms, a gym and even a stunning pool on the 20th floor (you can see a lot of pictures on the Collective website). Additionally they offer a lot of events for people living there. So it‘s really great for people who are new to London.

The earliest move-in-date would be the 14th if August, but 1st September would also be possible.

The price I put in is the weekly fee, so for 6 weeks it would be 3042 pounds. Additionally there is a security bond of 2340 pounds and you will have to submit proof of identity as well as three months bank statements.
