We have a single room available in our 3 bed property we have been renting. The room includes a single bed, wardrobe and desk as pictured.

Very spacious fully-furnished house with large living room (could easily fit an additional desk if needed or desk in single room can be moved to provide more space), garden and additional downstairs bathroom.

Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, coffee machine, air fryer, washing machine and cutlery, crockery, pans and utensils.

Located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to Canary Wharf, Greenwich and the City.
* 3 minutes to Mudchute DLR station, with bus connections nearby too.
* Mudchute Park and Farm also a few minutes away.
* 8 minutes to large ASDA supermarket.
* 20 minutes walk to Greenwich, 25 to Canary Wharf with lots of bars and restaurants.

COSTS/TENANCY
Rent is £610pcm to be paid directly to the letting agency, with a separate tenancy agreement signed - 1 year agreement.

Bills not included, will be approx. £110pcm payable to one of us.

- High speed fibre broadband - 400mbps.
- Variable energy tariff - may increase in winter months.

References will be carried out by the letting agency, and a deposit of £750 is also payable (DPS protected).

HOUSEHOLD
Quiet and clean household. You'll be sharing with two male professionals both working nearby in Canary Wharf. Both working 2-3 days in the office.

Looking for a friendly, easy going professional who is clean and respectful and may be up for socialising at times too - e. g., movie nights, board games, exploring London etc.
