Lovely medium sized first floor bedroom

We are looking for a female young professional to join our houseshare starting from 1st April (date flexible). Bills are roughly £80 a month and council tax will be around £30. The room is on the first floor and has a shared bathroom. We're looking for a new friendly face to join as a friend as well as a housemate. We enjoy doing activities as a group such as going for brunch, walks, coffees etc. The house is in an ideal location as it is close to Canary Wharf station and only around 30 mins to Bank on the DLR. The area is quiet at night and very residential. We also have a large Asda 5 mins away, loads of pubs nearby and well connected for night busses (as the bus stop is opposite the house). Cutty Sark (Greenwich) is also only 15 mins walk away. We also have a very shy polite cat called bagel. He is a house cat who mostly stays in the room of the girl who own him and sleeps but is friendly and gentle.
