We’re looking for a working professional to join our creative and warm garden flat. The flat has 3 double bedrooms, a nice sized kitchen, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom and an outdoor courtyard. We live between Caledonian Road (10 min walk) and Kings Cross (15 min walk) stations, and are just 15 minutes’ walk from Angel, 20 minutes walk to Camden. Your double bedroom would look onto the garden and small park behind.

We are two friendly flatmates: Iker, a Photographer from the Basque country, and Ana a Mental Health worker from Brazil, who enjoy sharing creative and cultural discoveries as much as we also value our own space. We like to keep good energy in our flat and keep it clean in a good condition.

We are looking for a working professional (not student) who is looking for a home not a house, who is responsible yet also easy going. We’d prefer someone who’s got creative or cultural interests to share.

Rent is £663 per month plus your share of council tax, water, electricity, and internet bills. You'll also need to pay 1 month's rent as deposit.

- There is no common living room.
- ⁠there is no cleaner, we have a rota to clean the house. So you need to be happy to do it;
- Furnishing included: double bed, wardrobe, desk and small bookshelf;
- While overnight guests are not an issue, the room is only suited to a single, not a couple.
- ⁠We are cat friendly.
