Small-ish but perfectly formed double room available in a quiet flat in Islington. Great location, close to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities of Essex Road, De Beauvoir, Dalston and Angel/Upper Street.

Angel tube 15 min walk/5 min bus, Highbury and Islington 15 minute walk, Canonbury overground 7 min walk, Essex Road station 5 min walk. Also served by loads of busses along Essex Road. It’s a great little area to be honest, and we have a nice local pub just over the road.

It’s a very nice and spacious flat. Loads of storage space available to you as well, including indoor space for a bike if needed. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge with smart tv, Netflix, record player, sound system etc and the big bonus is we have exclusive access to a huuuuuuge roof terrace. Ideal for summer bbqs and social gatherings.
You’ll be living with me, Toby. 39 year old professional working for a climate change charity. In to the usual of films, socialising, gigs, sports, galleries, markets etc. I’m pretty chilled out and looking for similar in a flatmate. I’ve got my own stuff going on but like hanging out at the flat with my roomie so it’s pretty important that we’re gonna get on!

Bonus points if you’ve got strong recycling skills and/or can be my tennis hitting partner (some courts nearby).

I like having people over for dinner, drinks, barbecues etc and you’re more than welcome to do the same. The odd wild party has been known to happen occasionally as well...

Bills are around £150 per month which includes super duper fast internet, gas and electric, a bi-weekly cleaner, council tax and tv licence.
