Living with two kiwi girls and one Aussie guy. The flat has a social feel, always up for a chat and drink at the pub but respectful of each other's spaces. Since a guy is leaving, we are looking for a guy to replace him.

The rear-facing, light and airy top-floor bedroom is 2.44m x 4.75m (max) with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, bedside chest of drawers and clothes rack. Will share a bathroom with one other guy.

Large living room (4.75m x 4.45m). Kitchen with modern appliances including a washer dryer and an induction hob.

The whole flat has double-glazing and is in good condition as it was redecorated and renovated a few years ago. We also have a great cleaner who comes every two weeks.

Rent is £1,050 per calendar month. Bills (council tax [band E], energy, water, broadband, and cleaner) approx. £200 a month. So rent + bills = around £1,250.

Police-certified secure bike storage is available, behind a locked gate next to the house, at a cost of £10 a month.

Our landlord is friendly and super helpful so any issues get sorted quickly, which is a big bonus.
