The light and airy top-floor bedroom is 2.44m x 4.75m (max) with a double bed, desk and chair, and plenty of storage, including a chest of drawers, bedside chest of drawers and clothes rack.

There's a modern shower room with great shower pressure, shared with 1 other guy. (The girls share their own bathroom on the first floor.)

The large living room (4.75m x 4.45m) has a comfy sofa and is great for chilling out and socialising in.

The modern kitchen has all new appliances including a washer dryer and an induction hob.

The whole flat has double-glazing and is in v good condition as it was redecorated and renovated 3.5 years ago to a very high standard.

Bills (council tax, energy, water, broadband) approx. £75 a month. We also have an excellent cleaner who comes every 2 weeks and costs £12.50 each every 2 weeks, ie approx 25 a month. So rent + bills = approx £1,000 a month.

Police-certified secure bike storage is available, behind a locked gate next to the house, at a cost of £10 a month.
