Double room in large flat w patio and garden

Available from 4 July 2023. The room was previously rented on Airbnb (and it has maintained a 5* rating and I am a Airbnb “superhost”) but I am looking for someone on a more permanent basis.

The room: Double furnished room, newly redecorated, with John Lewis partial storage double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and small bookcase, looking over garden on top floor. See video!

The flat: It’s large (920 sq. ft.) spread over multiple floors. Large communal space and kitchen. Patio leads down to garden (which is shared with one other flat).

Area: Very close to large Waitrose and Morrison’s, as well as Boots, other supermarkets and shops. There is a gym at the end of road, cinemas nearby, decent restaurants and cafes nearby and other amenities very close, plus excellent transport links (Holloway Road tube and buses; Drayton Park station goes to Moorgate / Old Street), Kings Cross, Camden, Highgate and Hampstead Heath both bus rides away.

Flatmates: I have a little dog so being a dog lover is a must. I moved to this flat a couple of years ago but have lived in Islington for over a decade and I love it! Hope you will too 😊. Looking for someone chilled, clean and tidy to share a happy home. Just shout if you have any questions
