We have a double room going in a gorgeous Islington house located in a quiet mews just 5 minutes walk to Highbury & Islington station.

The house itself is huge. Four levels including a basement and garage, kitchen and dining area that opens up to an outside patio (great for BBQ’s!), a large bright living and lounge area with skylight windows, a master bedroom with en-suite, and an upper floor with bedrooms/bathroom!

The house’s front exterior is a bit of a Portuguese/Spanish design and looks quite nice!

The departing flatmate has lived here for 2.5 years but his Visa ended so he will be leaving London. You will be living with three others: two guys and one girl aged 28, 31 and 34. One is a graphic designer and the other two work in tech. One flatmate, Matty, also is starting his own brewery and is brewing beer in the garage...and yes, living in the house does mean you get to try his delicious beers!!! There is also a lovely, cute dog who you will be able to enjoy (while not having any obligation to take care of!)

It's a sociable crew who all enjoy a good coffee, a BBQ outside and all the usual social stuff. Covid-rules permitting - the flatmates will have some friends over every now and then for a BBQ or what not.

The room and the house is all furnished. You will be moving into the second largest bedroom which will be furnished with a mattress and bed frame. The departing housemate is up for selling the rest of his furniture at a discounted price if you would like!

The rent is £1,000/mo with bills at £130 a month, which include a cleaner every other week, utilities, internet, council tax, TV license, and house essentials like washing up liquid, toilet roll etc…

Move in date is flexible - can be as early as 8th November to 1st December. If you have a move-in date in December or January, this could still be an option as well.
