Room in beautiful, fun household! Islington

Double room in newly decorated house, near Canonbury.

The house is in an amazing location. It's residential but has everything you need a 5 minute walk away. Transport - victoria line, northern line, and overground. There's lots of cool local pubs and areas. Islington is a beautiful town also, with so many restaurants and bars.

There's 2 floors, 2 loos, spacious kitchen, lovely sitting room and large outside private patio.

Myself and my housemate are looking for a long-term addition to our house. We are quite house proud, and like to keep it mostly clean and tidy in communal areas. We are definitely quite relaxed about it though!. The bedroom available is furnished, with a double bed. It's the smaller room, but it has everything you need!

My housemate and I get on very well, and are fun-loving and sociable. Expect the odd wine Wednesday, sat up chatting until midnight, on the sofa. We sometimes have drinks or dinners outside the house in the week but don't tend to bring friends back that will make noise. Most evenings we're more chilled however, or out at our diploma classes or netball etc.

We've been known to have the odd big Saturday and bring a few friends back for after drinks until late. We'd love someone that would want to join us and meet new people, or bring a few new additions themselves to the mix. If you prefer to do your own thing then as long as you don't mind a couple of our friends occasionally over on the weekends, then that's fine!

We're very friendly and welcoming. We are not bitchy girls and get on equally with guys and girls. We just want a chilled and happy household!
