Cozy double room to rent in the heart of Islingon

Hi I'm Sheherezade and I'm the current resident here.
I'm looking for sometime to move into one of the two rooms here in our really homey flat on Isledon road, between Finsbury and Holloway Road.

The current tenant here is a super friendly and quiet 25 year old filmmaking student, and you would be sharing the flat with her.

The price of the room is £760 a month and the bills are £90.75 a month which comes to a total of £850.75 a month. I require a deposit of £760 that I shall give back to you when a new tenant gives me their deposit.

The flat is so well located, there is a bus stop right in front of our flat which has plenty of buses frequently coming and going in all directions (Euston, Camden, Trafalgar Square...).
It's a 7 minute walk from Finsbury station or a 13 minute walk from Holloway Road station. There are plenty of shops like Morrisons, Waitrose, Argos, pubs and other shops only 3 minutes away by foot.

We get plenty of sun and light all day long from both sides of the house (the room has huge windows facing West) and we have a lovely comfy balcony facing the afternoon sun.

One thing that could be a deal breaker for some is that we have really good wifi! And overall the flat is really a bargain for what it offers and its location.
