Large bright room in Angel/Highbury & Islington

Hi!

The room is a bright and large sized double room in a beautiful flat just near Upper Street. The road is very quiet and residential and it is just 7 minutes walking to Highbury and Islington station, 10-15 minutes to Angel, and 3 minutes to Essex Road Station which takes you to Moorgate in just 5 minutes!

The room comes with a double bed, a desk, a big wardrobe, a dresser, a clothes rack, and there is plenty of storage space beneath the bed. There is also room for a bike if you have one (largest room in the flat!)
It is 851.33 per month to be paid on the 25th, and the bills come to about 80 pounds per month, with a cleaner coming monthly.

The flat has a decent sized bathroom and a big living room with a huge TV, amazing for movie nights and binge-watching series. The kitchen is also very nice, with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge and two ovens. There is a lovely communal garden outback to enjoy the sunny days to come (hopefully).

And the most important, about us:

- Matthew: British/Nigerian working in advertising, enjoys sports and music.

- Connor: South African working as Learning Support in a school. Enjoys gaming, sports and drinks in the park.

We have a private landlord so there are no agency fees. He is very nice and proactive whenever we have a problem or need to change something in the flat.

The area is very nice, between Essex Road and Upper Street with tons of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and with the centre and the City just 15 min away by tube or rail.

We are very chill and enjoy having a glass (or two...) of wine after work over a movie or a chat, and like to have our friends over for dinner etc.. We also respect each others personal space. We try to keep our flat tidy so it feels like our home away from home :).
