Furnished room in house share

Price: £500 per month, plus charges so approximately 610£ per month (including council taxes). I am leaving some furnitures I bought (desk, chair, bookshelf) for 100£

We are looking for a professional, preferably 26-32, who is friendly and quiet, respectful of private space. LGBTQ+ friendly. This is a quiet home, we do not share much time together.

The house has a kitchen, a common living room with TV, 1 big bathroom with toilet and bath, a second small toilet, a shower, and a backyard.

You will be sharing the flat with three women, all mid-late 20s and studying/working in London. Please note our house is cautious regarding covid, so we are looking for someone who feels the same and is boostered!

Transportation: nearest tube station is Finsbury park (10 minutes; Piccadilly and Victoria Lines).
Well connected by 24h busses (n° 91 - 29 - 253 and others).

Nearby there are several supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Lidl), plus varied local shops, pubs, and cafes.
