The flat is located in the lovely neighbourhood of islington, 3 minutes walk from Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground. Walking distance to Angel or Kings Cross Station as well. Its a lovely flat with a beautiful lounge. The other two flatmates studies history and neuroscience respectively, and are currently in their second year in UCL. Both are very open and communicative. Nice and genuine down to earth girls. We want to look for someone who is tidy and sociable. Not big party person but prefers more of jazzy wine nights. The room will be ensuite and comes with a chest drawer and double bed, hence its partly furnished. The lounge wilm be unfurnished and possibly require to find sofas and tables together. Needed to deposit a months worth of rent in advanced which will be £953.33
