*MON-FRI* Double room in Old St, own bathroom

PhD student with two cats looking to rent out our spare bedroom.

The room is about 13 square meters big, and it has lovely natural light thanks to the huge window. The room is furnished with the basics (bed, wardrobe, lamp, mirror, desk). You will have mostly exclusive access to the main bathroom (shower and bath).

The building has a lift and the shared living areas are cleaned once every two weeks.

A few minutes walk from Aldi, Co-op, Sainsburys, M&S, Superdrug and Argos, and less than a 5 minute walk to Old Street station. It's about a 10 minute walk to Farringdon, Barbican, and Moorgate stations. There are also various bus stops within a minute's walk. Shoreditch and The City are a 10 minute walk away.

There is currently another person living here but he will likely be leaving in the next few months. I don't mind a small chat every now and then but I mainly keep to myself. I have two cats, Sabrina and Sparrow, so the furniture accumulates fur sometimes but they are generally well behaved and love human attention.

I will be looking for someone who is only renting for a few days a week and is permanently registered to a different abode. Flexible on what those days are. I would also prefer if you do not need too much freezer/cupboard space (lots of space in the fridge) but those details can be ironed out. Someone who works in the city but lives outside London would be a good match. Willing to go down to 850-900pcm based on these factors.
