Hi, I’m looking to rent out the second bedroom in this 2 bedroom flat. I am a live out landlord.

This is a lovely 2 bedroom flat in a private converted Victorian period house. It is situated in the borough of Islington but is very close to Camden and Kentish Town. The flat has a large sitting room (5m by 6m) and a large well equipped kitchen (2m by 6m) and there is access to a large shared garden.

You'll be sharing with Matt, 37 English, who is a professional in the energy industry. Matt is a tidy and considerate flatmate. I've lived with Matt in the past and he is an ideal flatmate. Sociable and respectful of privacy.

The rent (£1000pcm) includes wifi, water bills and a gardener but not council tax, gas or electricity bills. These bills are on average £100 per month.

The location is excellent for getting around London. The 29/253 bus stop is just outside the building. These buses go to Camden tube in 5 mins and then on to the West End.
The 390 bus goes to Kings Cross (access to most tube lines 12mins)
Kentish town tube is a 15mins walk (northern line)

There is a large Sainburys in Camden Town but also a wide range of local shops within 2 mins including laundrette, dry cleaners, newsagents, fruit and veg stores, florist, butchers, bakers, deli, a good pub ect...
