The room is 20 square meters and has a double (135x190cm) bed, wardrobe, clothes chest, and a desk and chair. This room is set up for a lodger living there part-time, for example if you only need to be in London Monday to Friday. There is a cleaner that comes every other week with fresh linens and towels for the room.

There is a shared, recently replaced kitchen with a large fridge and gas hob, and a recently replaced bathroom with both a shower and a hose. The living room has a large television, couch, and dining table. There is a large back garden and a side patio available.

The contract is a lodger agreement, rolling month-to-month.
