The flat is very well connected, with Old Street underground station and Hoxton overground station both within 10 minutes' walk. The flat is situated right on the edge of Shoreditch, Islington, Angel and Hackney, with fantastic access to some of London's best cafes, bars, and restaurants.

The flat is also a stone's throw from Angel, London Fields/Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and the City of London. In the summer you can do some lovely walks along the nearby canal.

The flat is on the lower ground floor of a converted Georgian townhouse. It was very recently re-decorated, and has light, bright walls and lovely wooden floors. It has character and feels like a genuine home!

The flat is equippd with a 75" OLED TV, Sage coffee machine, PS4, and dishwasher.

The flat is furnished, but we are open to discussion about removing certain items if desired.

We are renting our bedroom because we are moving out of London. The flat is our home and we have put a lot of love and care into it - we are looking for someone who wants to settle down in the area and will enjoy living in the flat. You are welcome to put up your own pictures and change things around to make it your own.

Because we are private landlords there will be no messing around with agency fees etc.

We already have one tenant, who would be your flatmate. He occupies the smaller, single room and is a 24 year professional. He is respectful and quiet, and mostly works evenings.
