Arbour House (Studio in Zone 1, opposite City Uni)

I have a contract for a studio in Arbour House (Unite Students) for 2023/2024 beginning September 23rd 2023 which I sadly need someone to take over as I have to deal with family issues and won't be continuing with my studies next year!

The price is £345 per week, this is £15 per week cheaper than the current option on the Unite Students website due to me booking prior to the price increase! The whole process of transferring my contract to you will be done via Unite Students which I can let them know about.

- Available to ALL students, and suitable for a student from any university in London!

- £345 per week (inclusive of all bills and WiFi)

- Ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet and sink)

- Kitchen with all necessities inside the room!

- Opposite City, University of London (1 minute walk)

- 25 minute walk or 20 minute bus ride to LSE, KCL, UCL, 25 minutes by tube to QMUL, SOAS and Birkbeck Universities.

- 10 minute walk from the Angel and Barbican underground stations.

- 15 minute walk from the Farringdon underground station.

- 15 minute by bus to Soho.

- 18 minute by bus to Kings Cross.

- Loads of supermarkets, cafes and food options in the area!

- 24 hour reception who help out with any of your queries, including handling any parcels which get delivered to you. They also provide free printing.

- Communal laundry (washing machines and tumble dryers), common room and study area.

- Bike storage available
