Large double room available in 4bd cally road flat

Hi everyone, I hope the search for a place to call home hasn’t been too daunting. Our flatmate is moving out in May and we are looking for a professional to fill the room.

This flat is in the most amazing location in N1, right on Cally road. It is super convenient and also a really safe area to live in. It is a 4 bedroom flat, with 1 shared bathroom and a huge communal dining and living area. We also share the patio with our lovely neighbours next door whom we absolutely adore and do dinner parties together with. The room itself is very spacious, it comes with the bed and wardrobe and there is loads of space for you to make it your own.

We are all very close friends at the flat and we see each other as family away from family so it is crucial for us to find someone who wants to live in a shared household and is up for socialising as opposed to someone just looking for a room. That being said we are a good balance of socialising and having our own personal space, we just want the right fit for this homey vibe we have going on.

On to the technical bits, rent is 920.84 before bills and bills are approximately 120, more during winter and less during summer. As you will be joining us on our current contract you will be replacing the current tenant on the agreement and it is a rolling contract with one months notice needed. Deposit is 1062.50 and references are required for this room, ideally we are looking for a professional that doesn’t WFH completely. No couples please.
