Room in Islington, N7, flatmate wanted

Hi,

We are still looking for a new flatmates to live with for the next year.

This flat has 4 bedrooms of varying sizes and a very spacious living room. The room is spacious with a natural light and privacy (sound proof doors).

Bills are NOT included, council tax band D

The flat also has a nice, well equipped, kitchen and ample fridge space for the 5 occupants. The flat has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath, which were renovated three years ago.

The landlord is very relaxed and fixes any outstanding issue quickly and keeps up with renovations.

Usually the living room is used as a bedroom, with the person living in it also allowing it to, within reason, be used as a living room in exchange for paying a very low rent. However we are also open for someone to rent it as a private room.

As for the current flatmates all 3 of us are more on the introvert side however, we still enjoy conversations in the kitchen, with occasionally hanging out in the living room sometimes playing board games.

As for potential new flatmates we are looking for primarily students, as the flat itself is better suited for them. However, professionals are also welcome. Here I would highlight the location as we are a single tube ride away from Imperial College London and a single bus ride away from both UCL, KCL and the city centre. The flat is also walking distance away from both Holloway road and Camden town.

The rooms are available form the 10th of September.
