The large half-wall-height windows with views into an open garden courtyard would allow you to make the most of both sunshine and full moons whenever possible both from the bedroom and the living room, with plentiful natural lights everyday if you don't choose to curtain off it!

Overall vibe inside is that of self-sufficient minimalism and warm informality. We like Plants! Colors! And Books! So if you like these elements too, you will feel at home!

Wooden oak floors, green plants, upbeat colors, and plenty of interesting books adorning an almost a near wall-size bookshelf, altogether, do offer the flat a pleasing character of its own.

The flat is available in adequately furnished, in an immediately come-and-live without any need to arrange anything. Everything is already in place as I am currently living here, and everything there is at your disposal! For a fair use!

The flat is around 600 sqft with a bedroom, a separate open and spacious living room, and a full bathroom with hot tub. It has an expensive full-wall wardrobe, multiple shelves, and drawers to organize all the stuff no matter how many suitcases of belongings you may have!

The location gives you plentiful public transport choices including both buses and underground. The Picadilly line tube is hardly 2 minutes walk! Its near-central-London, and on top of that a desirable north London area of Islington with a variety of retails, groceries options including fancy cafes and restaurants just on a walking distance makes the location almost ideal for a couple who are looking for a ready-to-live, well-setup flat for 4 to 6 months.

I am happy to consider shorter let with a reasonable adjustment in monthly rent.

For a stay which is a month or less, the weekly rental is 975 per week.

The location is only a few minutes ride from Kings Cross St Pancras International Station. We are in the borough of Islington in the north London. The nearest underground station, Caledonian Road station on the Picadilly Line, is just two minutes! of walking distance. Granary Square, Camden Town canals are all nearby.

Caledonian Road offers an excellent range of amenities with three supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Nisa) within easy reach along with a leisure centre with tennis courts and numerous green, open spaces such as Paradise Park, Highbury Fields and Barnard Park.

Nearby Upper Street offers the incredible amenities of Islington from independent shops and restaurants such as Ottolenghi and Bellanger to the Almeida Theatre, Odeon Luxe & Dine cinema and the lovely Regent’s Canal path. Also conveniently located for quick commutes to the West End and the City.

The Caledonian Road Underground station on the Piccadilly line, and frequent red buses are just a few minutes walk away, offering quick and easy access to central London. Kings Cross St Pancras International station is just a few minutes ride on the underground, just the next station!

London overground station, Caledonian Road & Barnsbury, is also less than ten minutes of walk. Multiple buses (like 91, 17, 29, 21) are available just a walkable distance) which provide easy and frequent access to most places in the central London.
