1 month / Clean Double Room / Holloway

Hello,

I am subletting my extra large room (5m x 4.2m) while I'm going back to Japan for 1 months. Room is in Holloway.

My room have a 2 big window, good sun light, comfortable bed. We share kitchen and a newly refurbished bathroom, 2nd bathroom upstairs. Room will come furnished minus my personal belongings.

We're looking for someone clean and quiet. It's not a party house and non-smoker preferred. Ideally a working professional or student.

Sun light: good
Terms: 20th June - 14th July (1 month)
Living with two others - 20s-30s men. (British, Brazillian)
Rent bill: £930 p/month + bills. (around £100)*
Sharing: kitchen, toilet, bath room

Furnituire: Bed, Shelf, Desk, Wifi (Super High-speed), TV, Sofa, Work chair etc..

* Bills include council tax, gas, water, wifi, etc..
Every end of month, I will tell you the fixed fee.

We are looking for someone who is respectful and gentle person to keep clean and quiet.
We value comfort on a day-to-day basis and we want newcomers to have the same philosophy.

As it is a sublet, I am allowed to place my personal belongings. I will just organise the area and leave the shelves and closets ready for new ones.
