A big double room is available for short term sublet from the 3rd to the 11th May. Only letting for 1 week as I’m away. More details on the flat below:

The Price:
£1,200/month all bills included

The Location:
The flat is located a 8 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station (google maps says 12 minutes but let’s be honest that’s for very slow walkers) and a 15 minute walk from Angel station. It’s just off upper street, which means you’re about 30 seconds away from the best bars, restaurants and cafes in London (perfect for parking in a cafe and doing life admin). All the supermarkets are really close, and I love a walk along the canals on a nice day.

The Flat/Room:
Photos are pretty self explanatory, you’ll have a work from home set up in the room as well which is essential for professionals. There’s two bunnies in the flat which are the CUTEST!

The Housemate:
You’ll be living with Em, she’s a professional in her 30’s from Birmingham and is honestly the best. I stayed here as a sublet to start and we got on so well that I moved in permanently ☺️ she’s clean and welcoming and I could not speak more highly of her. She’s literally just came home with flowers and olive oil from the market so what more could you want really
