As my current housemate is sadly leaving to live solo I am looking for someone to replace her in the lease. The lease is due to renew again in October.

It is a beautiful space to make your own (unfurnished)with en-suite bathroom (shower)in a modern, spacious 100m2 2story Islington townhouse. The common areas are furnished.

Kitchen with all amenities: gas stove, fridge, freezer, smoothie maker, dish washer, washing machine, microwave. Bistro table and chairs in front of the house to enjoy fresh air. Located in a secure, gated lane off Essex Road.

Well located in a nice neighbourhood full with shops and restaurants. Essex road station 3 minute walk. Buses 38, 341 and 56 a 2 minute walk.
Nearest tube 13 min walk Highbury Islington Victoria line, Angel northern line 15 min walk, Upper street 8 minutes walk.

Available 3rd of May.
Rent is 1450 a month plus bills. Deposit 1600.

I work in Tech sales in the city and work at least 3 days a week in the office. Travel quite a bit and into wellness, yoga, good wine, nature and working out. Would be nice to have dinner together or just hang out from time to time.

Important to me when sharing a home is a peaceful environment, cleanliness, respect of privacy and busy schedules, and easygoing communication.
