Looking for somebody to take over the master bedroom in our 2 bed 1 bath flat in Islington - just by Arsenal stadium. Two story flat located on the top two floors (walk-up) - living with a working professional girl in her mid 20s so ideally looking for somebody of similar age but open to guys & girls!

THE FLAT:
Flat is amazing and super bright + spacious with a large, well-equipped kitchen - gas stove, dishwasher, full fridge + washer. Large sitting room with a fireplace and a desk/work from home setup that you’re welcome to use as the other flatmate goes into the office 4 sometimes 5 days a week!

THE ROOM:
Room is huge and has a small balcony off it with a table and chairs - loads of natural light and sunshine especially during the summer months. Definitely large enough to fit a desk if you wanted a WFH space in your room - comes fully furnished with a bed, a really comfy mattress pad, dresser, side table & two clothing racks - there's also some shelving that will be there also and likely a full length mirror!

THE LOCATION:
Amazing location - right on the Piccadilly line so easy access to central London + Heathrow - 4 different grocery shops within a 5 min walk and loads of gyms + fitness studios nearby.

THE FLATMATE:
I’m Emma - I’m 27 & I work for a social media agency in central London - I go into the office almost every day (usually work from home on Fridays). Really social but also like to chill! I love nights out as much as I love nights in & I’m big into Pilates and gym classes - also getting into running! Love trying out new pubs & wine bars. I’m from Canada but I’ve lived in London for several years now - I also used to work on yachts as a private chef so I really love to cook and can defo bang out some good meals :) My flatmate is one of my best friends from home and she’s moving back to Canada so I’m eager to find somebody that I vibe with to take over her room xox

Private landlord, he’s amazing! Super helpful and easy to contact + no agency fees :)

THE BILLS:
Bills aren’t included and usually come out to about £160 (incl. WiFi, Water, Gas, Council Tax)
