Room at Caledonian Road, Summer sublet

The Room 1

This is a decent, relatively spacious flat near Caledonian Road. It has two floors, two recently refurbished bathrooms with toilets, a spacious, well-lit kitchen, and a spacious living room (it functions as the bedroom for another flatmate as well, but is generally used as a living room throughout the day.)

I'm moving back to my home country for the summer and I would like someone to replace me for the duration. I'm looking for someone who is able to pay rent and bills well on time, and is tidy and trustworthy, these are my only primary expectations. If you can also take your fair share of the cleaning and tidying of the communal spaces, even better!

The rent is 670 pounds a month, while the bills for the summer months are expected to be around 50-80 pounds a month (depending on usage). Bills are always paid retroactively to a previous month, so you very likely won't have to pay them in your first month of living here.

The rent is low for the flat's market value, and the flatmates, while busy at times, are friendly and cordial. The landlord is ready to help and fairly quick to do so as well. While by no means perfect, this is the best flat I have ever lived in during my 5 years in London.

The flat is also quite quiet throughout the day and during the night, the flatmates are very considerate and keep to themselves during the night hours, and the recently installed new windows filter out most of the outside noise. I am a very light sleeper, but I rarely, if ever got disturbed during my stay so far.
