The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room, lounge room and a backyard. There is also a washing machine. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person.

The flat is a 2 min walk to bus stops for the 141, 73, 476, 341 or a 10 min walk to Canonbury Overground station. The place is also a 5 min walk to Newington Green or 10 min walk to Clissold Park.

The room is spacious with a cupboard and big enough to fit a desk. We have furnished majority of the room ourselves so you can choose whether to keep the furniture or you can replace it with your own.

You would be living with another couple and a single, all social but also respect each others space.

The room will be available from August 7th and then the lease will be renewed from the 2nd October. Looking for someone that can preferably stay on for the new lease!
