Spacious bright double in great location! We are a professional mid-30s couple renting out our spare room, bathroom and second kitchen in a large Victorian terrace.

Room
Bright furnished double room with period features on top floor, overlooking gardens and rooftops. Large new kitchen, and bathroom to yourself, in future possibly shared with one other person max. (We have a separate kitchen/bathroom and living space.) Bills included (energy, water, Council tax, fibre optic broadband.)

Area
House is on a very quiet residential road, 7 minutes walk from underground and overground train stations. We are one tube stop from Kings Cross, 10min from Covent Garden. A short walking distance to Holloway Road (supermarkets, Odeon Cinema, Pleasance comedy theatre, budget gyms) and also walking distance of Islington nightlife and Kentish Town brunch spots.

About us
We are a friendly professional couple who enjoy food, cinema and a clean home. We have two very cuddly indoor cats. One of us works from the office and the other works from home 50% of the time.

About you
We are looking for a similarly friendly, tidy person who is happy to live with cats. We're happy to hang out over a glass of wine but will also often do our own thing! If you are looking for somewhere that feels like home, look forward to chatting!
