It's a very quiet single room, like an oasis in the city - overlooking the garden which is south-facing. The room has a single bed, built-in storage, wall hooks and shelves. Thee is wifi connection all through the flat, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, washing machine & dryer. I don't have a TV but there's a wall-mounted projector for watching movies. We have a lot of outside space at the back with a patio, outdoor seating and a cosy garden with a low-maintenance style about it. .

The area is very well connected. Caledonian road overground is 2 mins walk (2 stops away from highbury & islington or kings cross). 7 min walk to Highbury & Islington, 15 mins to Angel and 20 min walk to Kings Cross, accessible by transport 24 hour (weekend night tube, 24 hour buses). It's a great location to commute by bike, as you can safely store your bike at the front of the flat or on the bike racks on the street.

The area is a multicultural residential area with a nice community feel to it. There are plenty of pubs and cafes around and we are walking or cycling distance to major universities: Central St Martins/UAL, UCL, SOAS.
