Flat is huge and split across 2 floors, approximately 1169 sq ft. Great transport links, nearby amenities and green spaces.

The flat is open bright and really spacious on a quiet tree-lined street. 5 min walk to Caledonian Road station, 20 min walk to overground station (mildmay), Camden, King’s Cross, angel all within walking distance

Fully equipped kitchen, huge lounge and a dining room and a terrace (we get the sun all day!). Photos really don’t do our place justice.

Nearby green areas aplenty: Caledonian Park, Highbury Fields, Clissold Park, Woodberry Wetlands and Hampstead Heath, waterlow, all walkable if you fancy a stroll.

Current housemates: Negin (37) and Elise (26). Negin works in healthcare loves yoga nature wine music current affairs. She has been living here for 4 years and works from home 3/5 days
Elise is works as a somelier often working long hours sadly not home too often.
We treat the house like a home not a place to just crash and go.
Our third flatmate is sadly leaving due to work.
We’re always happy to have a glass of wine and a chat/Netflix but equally respectful of each other’s privacy.

We rent direct from the landlords who are in Kentish Town so not far away. We will be singing a new contract with them.
