We are 3 Aussies and NZers who all met in this house via SpareRoom. We’re looking for a fourth person to join us as our previous housemate is moving overseas!
We’re into the usual gym, eating, drinking, although the house is pretty chilled during the week and we usually save nights out for the weekend.
The house is in a great location near the canal and 10 mins- ish walking distance of Angel and Kings Cross tube stations. There is a garage where we can store bikes, a garden that you’d be welcome to plant stuff in, and an attic which is pretty handy. We have a cleaner that comes every Monday.
Bills will be payable on top of monthly rent and will be split 4 ways on Splitwise. We’re expecting bills to be £120 ish a month.
