Looking torn someone to fill a double room in N7/Islington from late March/1st April (the lease take over is for the next 6 months but you'll have the option to renew after August!)

The room comes furnished with a bed, vanity/desk and had a really spacious walk in closet with lots of shelving!

The rent is £1235 + bills (which come out to £150-170) (the rent might change after August)

It's a two level flat with bedrooms and the bathroom at the top and the kitchen and living room downstairs (which is essentially the basement)

It's really well located, with a 7 - 15 minute between Caledonian Road, Highbury and Islington, and Holloway Road stations. Lots of cute cafes, restaurants and pubs in the area! And close to Holloway or Angle for any big grocery shops.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, I'm a 28 year old professional working in social advertising with a few days a week in the office. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy cooking, the outdoors and a really cold beer!
Always up for hang but equally enjoy time to myself.

I'm looking for someone who also easy going and happy to keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.
