A large double bedroom will be available in our lovely home in Holloway from 1 May, as one of our current housemates is moving on.

The Room
A bright and spacious double bedroom with plenty of natural light. Rent is £950–960 per month (bills included) on a one-year contract.

The House
The house includes a shared studio space, a spacious kitchen, and a lovely garden. It’s a peaceful, well-kept home with great light throughout.

Location:
- 5-minute walk to Holloway Road and Caledonian Road stations (Piccadilly Line)
- 15 minutes by bus to King’s Cross
- Around a 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington station
- Very well connected to the rest of London

About Us
You’ll be living with me, Chiara (28, Italian, art curator), and Nadja (27, Dutch, PhD student in science). We value a calm, thoughtful, grown-up home (full of books, plants, and good light) and we’d love to keep that atmosphere.
