Hey everyone! My two lovely flatmates are moving out, so I’m looking for two new people to join me in our bright and spacious 3-bed flat in Islington.

The Rooms:

🛏️ Room 1: A generous double room with your own private en-suite bathroom. (The room is taken)

🛏️ Room 2: A slightly smaller (but still double) room with easy access to the main bathroom right next door. Since the house has 3bathrooms, the room goes with the bathroom next to it. So it is used as private bathroom!

Both rooms are big enough for a wardrobe, desk, and more — perfect if you work from home occasionally.

The Flat:

🍳 A good-sized kitchen with all the essentials: large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.

🛋️ A large, welcoming living room — the real heart of the home — opening directly onto a private backyard and garden (great for summer BBQs or just chilling).

🚲 Extra storage space in the garden shed, plus safe indoor bike storage at the building entrance.

The Location:
We’re right in the vibrant Islington/Canonbury area, full of great cafés, restaurants, and wine bars — yet our street is quiet and peaceful since it’s tucked away from the main road.

🚉 12 min walk to Highbury & Islington Station (Victoria Line, Overground, National Rail).

🚉 3 min walk to Canonbury Station (Overground).
Getting into the City, East London, or central hotspots is super easy.
