Room in its current state

I am looking for a person who wants to join my wonderful flatmates in our house in Islington since I am sadly leaving London soon.

Some facts:
The house is a 4-bed split over 2 floors with a kitchen, shared, spacious living room, and a back garden!

The room comes with a bed, a bedside table, desk, an open rack for clothes, and a closet in the hallway. It is small but the rest of the house is spacious and I often used the living room or even the garden to work/study at home. Plus the area has so much to offer in twrm of cafés, libraries etc that everything is very close whenever you need a change of scenery.

The house is a 5-10 min walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground) and 10-15 min walk from Angel (Northern Line). There are also several bus links within a 5 min walk, including 19, 30, 43, 21, and 271.

Rent (paid monthly by first of month): £955
Wifi: £10
Water: about £20 ppm
Electricity: about £20-40 ppm, depending on season
Council tax: £58.50 ppm

You'd be living with two girls ( 24, climate adaptation manager and 25, llawyer) as well as one guy (24, student in Economic Policy)
