Up to 8 week Sublet: 20Dec - 13 Feb

Hello!

Our lovely house share of 7 has one room available to sublet from 20th December to 13th February (up to 8 weeks).

The room is a spacious double and includes a good WFH setup and a decent amount of storage. The room gets lovely natural light especially in the afternoons.

The current housemates are a mix from England, New Zealand, Canada and Germany who all work in central London (/WFH) in a variety of professions. We would be looking for another professional to join us over the sublet.

All of us get along really well and enjoy spending time together in the evenings or in the weekends, but also respect one anothers space.

The house has a big shared living room and kitchen, two bathrooms + third toilet, a big garden. We live like young professionals rather than students and we have a cleaner coming by every 3 weeks.

The total rent to cover the sublet would be £180 per week including all bills, so up to £1440 for 8 weeks. Preference would be made for people looking to stay for the majority of that period, but open to chat to those looking for anything from 4 weeks sublet minimum.
