Bright double room available in a ground-floor 2-bed flat in Barnsbury, with a spacious shared living room, large kitchen and private backyard (BBQ + shed). Quiet, lovely spot, a short walk to Angel, Highbury, Caledonian Road and King’s Cross, and close to The Albion.

Available from 1 March for 1–2 months (with the option to stay through April).

A big perk is that you’ll have lots of space. We’re away for the first two weeks of March, so you’d have the flat to yourself. For the second half of March, one of us will be away, so you’d only be sharing with one other person. If you stay into April, it’s the same setup, sharing with just one of us.

The room is bright with excellent storage (large wardrobe with plenty of hanging space), plus a desk and chair.

We're a friendly Australian couple in our early 30s. My partner usually works from home around 3 days a week, and I will be travelling March/April.

We’re looking for someone trustworthy, tidy and respectful. It’s a calm, well looked-after home, not a party flat.
