I’m sadly moving out only because I’ve accepted a job outside of London – otherwise I’d happily stay!

The room is a bright and spacious single bedroom, fully furnished and comes with a built-in wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage without cluttering the space. It gets great natural light and feels much bigger than a typical single.

A huge bonus: a separate private office room is included in the rent. Perfect if you work from home, need a study space, or just want an extra room to yourself.

The house has:
• 1 bathroom with shower
• 1 separate toilet
• Shared between 3 people in total

You’ll be living with three genuinely lovely guys:
• A maths PhD
• A software engineer
• A banker

They’re all very chill, respectful, and clean. The house has a calm, friendly vibe – everyone does their own thing but is always up for a chat.

This place is ideal for someone who wants a relaxed, tidy home with great housemates and the rare bonus of a separate office space.
