Sublet House Share in Islington

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our house share from the end of March or beginning of April. The end date is flexible and could run until October or finish earlier, so I’m happy to chat about what works.

The room is bright and airy with lots of natural light, and very spacious. It comes fully furnished with a bed, TV, bookshelf, double clothing rack, chest of drawers, and a desk that folds out from the wall and can be collapsed when not in use.

You’d be living with five working professionals: Bekah (Kiwi), Charlotte (Australian), Juan (Canadian), Jason (Irish), and James (Kiwi). We all get along well and have a good balance in the house. Everyone does their own thing, but we’re social and enjoy spending time together too.

The kitchen is fully stocked and everyone looks after themselves and the shared areas, so we’re looking for someone who will do the same. There are three bathrooms, a separate laundry room for hanging clothes and extra storage, and a garden with a barbecue that’s great in the summer. All bills are included in the rent, along with a cleaner who comes every Monday for the communal spaces.

The house is in a great, well connected location. It’s around a three minute walk to Canonbury Overground and about twelve minutes to Highbury and Islington. Clissold Park, cafés, and grocery stores are all close by.

We’re looking for a considerate, easygoing person to sublet who enjoys a friendly, social atmosphere at home but also values their own space. If you’re after a bright, welcoming room in a well connected area with a relaxed and respectful household, this could be a really good fit.
