Bright double room in central penthouse flat

Hi, we are Hannah (27) and Lillian (29) and we are looking for a female flatmate to join us in our top-floor penthouse flat with incredible views of the London skyline.

The flat has a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, plus great outdoor space including a large roof terrace.

It’s in a great location, just a 10 min walk to both Angel and King’s Cross stations, close to the canal, with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

We’re ideally looking for someone to move in over the 21–22nd March weekend, although we can be flexible up to April 1st for the right person.

Bills come to an additional £138 per month, which includes energy, council tax, WiFi and water. Council tax band F.

Lillian- 29 and work as an engineer, into arty things, being active, going out and cooking

Hannah- 27 and work in tech consulting, into reading, gym, going out and exploring London

We like living in a chilled and clean flatshare, love flat meals, going for food, pubs, and occasional night out, but also chill nights in too. Looking for someone who wants more than just a house but a home and keeps the place tidy.
