Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my space in our 4-person house share as I’ll be leaving the UK in May.

The house is located in Islington (N1) on Havelock Street in a great area with lots of cafes, restaurants, and transport nearby. It’s a short commute to central London and works well for students or young professionals.

The house is shared with three other Regent’s University LINK FOR BED AND BATH

About the room / house:
• Private bedroom and bathroom in a 4 person house share
• £1050 per month (your share of the rent)
• Move-in around May 2026
• Kitchen and shared living areas
• Fully furnished house
• Student-friendly household

We’re ideally looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and comfortable living in a shared student house.

The replacement tenant would need to be approved by the landlord and go through their referencing process to formally take over the tenancy.
