Sadly our lovely flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone new to join our 4-bed house in Islington from 1st April

The flat is just an 10-minute walk to Caledonian road station (picadilly) & 10-minute walk to Holloway road, with great bus links right outside and loads of local cafés, food spots and shops nearby. The house is on the top floor, with a bright living space and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher).

Rent: £730pcm + bills (usually around £100)
Minimum 5 months to rolling contract

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. You’ll also be sharing a good-sized bathroom with two girls

About the house:
We’re 3 girls in our mid-20s who met through the house group last year & and have been great tenants!
Everyone works a 9-5 schedule/ WFH which would be best if you did too! We both enjoy an active lifestyle (running, Pilates etc). We love music events, pub trips and being social - but we also really value our own space and a calm, respectful home environment.
We’re looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate who enjoys spending time together but appreciates downtime too.
Ideally we’re looking for someone around 22–28, who wants a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
The house is managed by a responsive local property manager, and we’ve got lovely neighbours who are always happy to help with parcels.
