Spacious double room in Islington flatshare - May

My flatmate Jasmine and I are looking for a lovely gal to take over our flatmate’s tenancy in mid-May, as she is moving back home to save for travelling.

📍 Location: Islington, near Caledonian Road. Super safe area and building, and really well connected:

• 10 min walk to Caledonian Road Station (Piccadilly Line)

• 15 min walk to Tufnell Park and Kentish Town Stations (Northern Line/National Rail)

• Several bus stops are just a few minutes' walk from the flat

• Holloway Road is roughly a 10-minute walk away, with lots of shops and amenities

🛏️ The Room:

A large double room with lots of storage (huge wardrobes!). Currently furnished, everything will be staying apart from the mirror. The room has a big window with lots of daylight ☀️

💵 Rent/bills: the rent for this room is £1,250 excluding bills (which normally come to around £165 (in summer) to around £200 (in winter).

🍽️ The Flat:

The flat is a gorgeous new build flat, and has a large open-plan kitchen/living area with a balcony – ideal for cooking, dinners, movie nights, or just chilling out with a glass of wine. Fully equipped, comfy, and full of natural light ✨There is also a separate laundry cupboard and another cupboard with lots of storage.

• Aoife (29): Solicitor by day, singer by night 🎤 super chill, girls girl who loves fashion, music, exploring London and eating my way through my never ending lists of restaurants! Originally from Liverpool; and

• Jasmine (26): Social Media Executive at a brewery (yes, this does mean free beer for the flat!), loves music and sings at a jazz club! Big on cooking and exploring new places in London. Originally from Manchester.

We are classic girls and love a wine night, going to gigs/festivals, exploring London and being social butterflies!

💫 The Vibe:

We are both working professionals who like to keep the place clean, calm and tidy, but also love to have the occasional dinner party or spontaneous hang. Super relaxed when it comes to having guests round etc, and whilst we both have our own busy social lives, we are always up for a good old yap in the flat. It really feels like a home. We both work from home occasionally but are often out of the house in the daytime at the office.
