Hi everyone,
I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely top-floor room, as I’ll be returning to Korea for a year.

This is a large, bright and airy room on the top floor of a beautiful house, with its own private bathroom (with shower) and a kitchenette, so it feels almost like a semi-studio.

I’ve lived in London for 6 years, and this has honestly been my favourite home.

• 5 min walk to Tufnell Park station (Northern Line)
• 15 min walk to Hampstead Heath
• Quiet, lovely residential area with great pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby

House situation

The landlord is a lovely British lady in her 50s. Her children are not around full-time, and because the room is on the top floor, you rarely run into anyone. It feels very separate from the rest of the house.

• £500 deposit
• Available from 7 April
• 1-year fixed term preferred / ideally looking for someone who can commit for 1 year
• Ideally for one female occupant
