I’m looking for two new flatmates for a bright, cosy flat in Finsbury Park!

🏠☀️THE SPACE:
There are two double rooms available, the smaller for £720/pcm and the larger for £780/pcm. The flat has a shared kitchen/living area and a spacious bathroom (with a bathtub and separate shower!). It gets plenty of natural light (particularly the smaller room) and tends to stay warm all year around.

🗺️📍THE LOCATION:
We're about a 10-minute walk from Finsbury Park Station (Victoria and Piccadilly line and National Rail), 20 minutes from Highbury and Islington (Victoria line, Overground and National Rail), and there are plenty of bus connections (91 goes from 2 minutes away and can get you into Covent Garden/Central London in 30-40 mins!).
Finsbury Park, Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, West Reservoir and Gillespie Nature Reserve are all within easy walking distance, and there are dozens of great cafes, pubs, shops, bars and restaurants in the area. It’s genuinely a great place to live.

🌞🪩 THE VIBE:
I am moving back in after 6 months of backpacking, and as the other flatmates are sadly moving on, I’m looking for two fun, respectful, like-minded individuals join me. We’ve loved hanging out, cooking together, exploring the local area and enjoying the occasional glass of wine, pub trip, movie night or night out - and that’s exactly the vibe I’m hoping to keep going. I’m open-minded about ages, genders etc., and the landlord is open to pets, but living with clean, respectful, mature flatmates is a non-negotiable.
